Information for American Civil War Navy revolver, diseñado by S.Colt, USA 1851:

the American Civil War was fought after seven Southern slave states declared their secession and formed the Confederate States of America. The states that remained in the Union were known as the "Union". The war had its origin in the fractious issue of slavery. After four years of bloody combat that left over 600,000 Union and Confederate soldiers dead and destroyed much of the South’s infrastructure, the Confederacy collapsed, slavery was abolished. This famous civil war revolver was used extensively throughout the War Between the States by both Union and Confederate troops. The barrel and frame of this replica gun features elegant engravings just like that in the original.
